About the Greater Chattanooga Hospitality Association


Membership Categories:
Active membership is available to any person or firm owning, managing or operating a restaurant, hotel, motel or bed & breakfast in the greater Chattanooga area. Allied or associate membership is available to any person or business that works closely with or provides services or supplies to the hospitality industry.

How to Join:

Involvement:
The Association is actively involved with the Chattanooga Convention & Visitors Bureau. Each year, the president of GCHA is appointed to serve on the Bureau’s board. Our governmental affairs committee is involved with local and state legislators to keep members informed on laws and policies related to our industry. The Association is also represented on the state level by our president and other members serving on the Tennessee Hotel & Lodging Association.

Meetings:
Monthly luncheon meetings are held on the third Thursday of every month. Dynamic speakers are invited to discuss a wide variety of topics relating to our industry. There are many networking opportunities.

Special Events:
In addition to our monthly meetings, GCHA host other events as well. An allied member tradeshow is held in the fall giving the allied members an opportunity to showcase their products and services. GCHA hosts a charity golf tournament every spring. This event has raised thousands of dollars over the years for worthy causes such as Make a Wish Foundation, The Children’s Advocacy Center, and Room In the Inn.
